2 Complete
application form

Keep the PIN handy we send you by text. At the end of the application form you will need to enter this.

3 Your payment

Review your payment schedule and then click CONFIRM. If you want a shorter loan you can change it to meet your needs.

4 Your loan is being

Once your loan is requested we'll send the money to your bank account within 15 minutes.

What are stocks and shares?

Stocks and shares sound like complicated financial terms, but in fact they’re quite easy to understand.

When you hear the words ‘stock’ and ‘share’, they are generally referring to the same thing. Simply, they mean a share in the ownership of a company. If you have stocks or shares in a company, it means you own a proportion of that company’s assets and earnings. If you buy more shares in that company, your claim on their assets and earnings grows.

The cost cap – one month in

Just over a month ago the long-awaited cap on the cost of payday loans was introduced by the FCA. From 2 January, the cost of loans was capped at 0.8% per day with default fees limited to £15 per loan. MYJAR was one of the first lenders to reduce its costs and, from 16 December, all of our loans have been made at the new rate. We will shortly be introducing a new loan that allows you to reduce the original loan amount at each repayment making the full cost of your loan cheaper for our longer loans.
